• Keep your registered mobile number current — OTP-based security relies on your number being active.

55jj reserves the right to close dormant accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months after giving 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved for the player for a period of two years from account closure.

All transactions on 55jj are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees at any stage. The payment methods accepted by 55jj include:

55jj reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• A bet was placed on an event whose result was already known at the time the bet was accepted (match fixing or delayed data).
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided entirely at 55jj's discretion.
• An event is abandoned, postponed, or altered in a way that fundamentally changes the nature of the market. Voided bets are refunded as stakes.
• 55jj has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using information not available to the general public (insider information).

55jj uses decimal odds as its default format. Players can switch to fractional or American (moneyline) format in account settings. All odds displayed include 55jj's margin. The overround on major cricket and football markets is typically below 5%, which is published on the relevant betting pages.

In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. In-play odds update in near real-time and markets may be temporarily suspended around key events such as wicket falls or goal kicks. Bets accepted during a suspension are processed at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance.

• Reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being operated by someone other than the registered account holder.

When an account is closed at 55jj's discretion due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds from verified deposits will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any deduction of amounts owed to 55jj, such as chargeback amounts or misused promotions.
